There are also players like Monroe that are really slumping too. Leyland has to try a new approach to reach some of these players or this season will become really painful for the Detroit Tigers. Top athletes like A-Rod and Tiger Woods don't use sports psychologists by accident -- they are always taking advantage of ANY resource available to improve their performance.
