There was an interview with Gary Sheffield on NPR’s ‘All Things Considered’ this evening. The topic was mainly around steroids and Gary was promoting is upcoming book Inside Power. MLB.com seems to be carrying an article on this as well, which has a number of excerpts.

There is audio of the interview available on the link above, also notice that there is an audio link below the image where Gary explains where ‘the Wiggle’ of his bat comes from. I found the latter interview piece the most interesting, I know my wife has been curious where that stance came from.
