I woke up this morning, after spending some of last evening reading articles about how Jim Leyland isn’t allowing the players to look back on last season. How he is taking control of the team as he did last year with his own unique no-nonsense style of coaching. But this morning I found out that Jim Leyland is a big Notre Dame fan.

They gave me a Notre Dame varsity baseball jersey. Then they gave me a varsity jacket. It was unbelievable

I guess nobody is perfect.

As for something else, I recommend that everyone let Nate Robertson know that his blog would be a welcome sight through the 2007 season. I enjoyed seeing the inside view even if it felt a little scrubbed at times.
